Ingredients:
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp fresh orange juice
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
2 tsp dijon mustrd
1/4 tsp table salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 pounds salmon filets - cut into 4, 6 oz pieces
Instructions:
- Preheat broiler
- Combine first 7 ingredients and stire well with a wisk.
- Place fillets on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Brush with honey misture.
- Cook 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, basting frequently with honey mixture.
- Yields 4 servings.
A few notes - hoisin sauce is found in the asian section of your grocery store, this tastes just as good without the orange juice as a few times I had to make it without that, I put foil on my pan and cook them on the foil, and mine are usually done in 8 minutes - so check often because the honey mixture with burn.

I try to make fish once a week... just put this on my line-up for next week. Yum.
Yeah, that recipe sounds really good. We'll have to try it. Xavier sounded so happy to be with Carter and Matthew.
