About two weeks ago the Vicks drove down here and joined the Benzleys with us here in Morehead City. There were 11 kids here - and we all had a blast. It was so fun to see the kids reunited again.
Here is a video of Carter and Thomas on boogie boards last week. There were very, very strong waves and undercurrents at the beach on this day. The waves almost hurt as they hit. You were swept down the beach a bit after just two or so waves. Christine and I didn't take our eyes off anyone in the water for even a moment. We tried to be in with them. Yes, you'll notice Carter and Thomas have the same swimsuits and the same boards (they bought the boards separate and were surprised to have the same ones!!)
Sorry the video is choppy. The sound is the wind. The annoying voice is mine...

Oh those NC beaches are so much better than MD beaches. I'm truly envious right now. Looks like the boys are having a great time. How come you're not out there?
We just spent a week in Buxton, NC with all 27 of us (Cal and I, our five children, their spouses and the 15 grandchildren). The water was fantastic this year and the weather great. Your family is so good looking. I bet your parents are thrilled to have everyone visiting.
