Last night Bill and Matthew went out on a date and got us all chocolate sundaes from McDonalds on the way home. Abby has reached the age when she needs to own of whatever everyone else has. She insists on a drink of her own, et al. Life is QUITE messy. But Abby really is a fairly neat eater, which is nice (she just likes to take the straw in and out of any cup). Here she is eating her own sundae last night.

I just saw your comment on my blog. I'm so glad the article helped. And believe me, I have felt exactly the same way you have: guilty over having just yelled at one of my children. I have an easy time saying sorry as well which helps, but it's still hard when you know you did something you know you shouldn't I hope you have a better week.
She is so cute. I can't wait until Luke is as good with a spoon. But that would probably take me giving him the chance to practice which probably won't happen until he is 5!
She's so great with that spoon. I really need to give it over to G-Man more. I don't even care about the mess so much...he's so SLOW when he's in charge. Then he starts playing with his food and it takes even longer.
I love your videos, and Abby is quite cute. It's amazing that she didn't get any chocolate sauce on her sweater! Are you getting tired of the snow yet?

Mason loved watching Abby eat her ice cream. I think he watched it four times before I told him we had to do something else. She's so adorable!
I left a comment right after you posted this vid...and it's gone! Bummer. Anyway, she is one impressive user-of-a-spoon. Anna Clara needs to take some lessons from her.
