Sports Classes

Here is Matthew in his sports class hitting the ball off the T and running the bases. He loves his class and he really needs the running around in these very cold months. Plus - it's good just to know where the bases are!

Here is Carter hitting a ball and running the bases in his baseball class. He loves baseball and is quite good at it. He is learning a lot from a real coach and will hopefully be able to hold is own in baseball (not t-ball) this Spring. He had to put up with a lot of bad pitches from his mom last year (which was good training for him) and learning to throw from a mom who had to seriously look up on the internet how to throw a baseball since I didn't know which foot he should lead with. (He's left-handed - I'll use that as my excuse that I had to look it up.) His t-ball coach didn't teach them very much (his heart was in it, though) but Bill played with him a lot at night and on weekends so he's improved a lot.

Anyway, I thought you all would enjoy the videos! If I could, I'd get a video of me chasing Abby from one field to another, trying to run out onto their fields, to the video games for an hour while the boys are in classes! Everyone else thinks it's cute - it's quite tiring for me, though!
